What you pay
- Setup: $1,000, or $500 for the first 10 hosts in each resort area.
- Subscription: $49 per month after go-live.
- Bookings from your own guests: 0%.
- Bookings Vadera sends you: 5% of the booking subtotal before taxes.
When the 5% applies
Only when a booking carries a Vadera source tag: a guest clicked through from vaderatravel.com and booked within 30 days, or the booking was made through our booking API. Bookings without a source tag are never charged. Card processing fees are charged by the payment provider and are separate.
Term and cancellation
Month to month after go-live. There is no minimum term and no buy-out. Email hello@vaderatravel.com to cancel.
Go-live guarantee
If your site is not live within 14 days of the day you give us access, your setup fee is refunded.
What stays with you
You remain responsible for the rental, the guest experience, lodging taxes, required licences, calendar accuracy, and the terms and cancellation policy shown to your guests. Guests pay you directly through the payment provider connected to your site.
