About the service
Vadera builds and maintains direct-booking websites for short-term-rental hosts. The host is responsible for the rental, guest experience, taxes, required licences, calendar accuracy, and the terms shown to guests.
Fees
Founding setup pricing and the monthly subscription are described on the pricing page. Bookings from a host’s own guests carry no Vadera fee. A 5% fee may apply when a booking is attributed to Vadera within the stated referral window or is made through our booking API. The fee is calculated on the booking subtotal before taxes. Bookings without a Vadera source tag are never charged.
Payments and guest information
Guests pay the host through the payment provider connected to the host’s site. Vadera may process booking details to provide the website and support it. Hosts must provide guests with any notices and terms required for their rental.
Referral tags and cross-border processing
A referral source tag may last for 30 days after a guest clicks from vaderatravel.com to a host site. Vadera is based in Canada and serves US hosts, so service information may be processed across borders.
